Can't get account cancelled, put on hold, sent to another department that never answers phone.contacting better business bureau.

Don't like product, it's smells terrible and is sticky and gooey. Refunds take four to six weeks to process, Cancelling credit card to stop additional charges and will refuse additional shipments. Total scam of a company. Cindy Crawford must really be desperate for money to run a company like this.

Pathetic.

Items sent from one address, get run Around if you try to use the 60 day money back guarantee, took 3 calls to get the return address and actually found it on line as they would not give it to me.

Will think twice before I ever order anything on the internet again.No regulations covering any of these issues anywhere
