I have had the worse customer service with this company. They bring you in with a "special offer" of $50 then hook you with a monthly shipment, those shipments are $186 or above!
Trying to cancel is nearly impossible and takes multiple calls. They cannot issue a tag via email or web, must be mailed. Takes 7-10 days to get the mail tag then after two months of my return still no refund. I have emailed, I have called, and now did live chat....still no refund.
They tried to tell me its not received and I gave them their own tracking showing it was delivered to them in May....today is July 26th!! Absolutely the worse experience I have had and I am myself in the customer service industry.
