Horrible Website
This is the worst website I've ever used! Ever since they changed it it's been nothing but problems. Whoever wrote the code for this should be fired for incompetence.

Didn't receive my package
I have called several times about this problem, and each representative assures me that is taken care of. I have not received my package I do not owe anything.
I love Meaningful Beauty.
I know my issue will be resolved and I will soon receive my package. I am not upset I'm just out of products and I need some fast.

I purchased a promotional haircare product however, monthly charges have been processed. I called the CS to request a refund or return label, but I was told that no returns are allowed.
Then the CR told me I was still going to be another charge.
I would be charged in June. Please send me return authorization, I have not used the products and I will return it and expe t receive refund

Didn't receive my package
My shipment was delayed because of a technical error that had nothing to do with me. I love Meaningful Beauty. And I will continue to use their products, their products has been very helpful to me.

it has nothing to do with the company or the product. I havent used it because Im still using an old product therefore I dont need any further orders until this is used and then if I decide I want to use this product, I will not notify you.

Charged without knowing
My credit card was just charged $107. I did not order more products. I want to cancel any other orders and return what is coming.

Bottle were half full , gave turns red , they charged to much on my card , I would like a refund
I was told they were replacing empty bottles and charging me 46 dollar , never happened , charged 57. I'd like my money back . Doesn't work anyway , turns gave red

Have a lot of it and cant afford it right now due to medical and financial issues. Would recommend your products to friends and family.
