Still charging for product on canceled acct
Return my money for the last two payments. You cancelled one but not the other. I like the product, just can't afford it anymore.

They need to update their checkout by offering edits in case the consumer wants to add another or remove one. I still need to call them to ensure that they won't send another.
As it turns out, my order arrived only to have me crying! I'm being charged (Lord only knows) for an order of a special 7-piece full set with 3 free gifts. These are the tiniest tubes I've ever seen! I don't think they would even last a weekend, let alone a month!
Spend your money elsewhere, ladies. And don't let them secretly tie you into a subscription! I regret I didn't notice!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Read the small print! I was charged a lot after the trial order and I was not aware.
The night cream broke me out! I was charged a high amount and I was not aware until they charged my card again. Not happy!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Fortunately, the sale was still on and my first order x 3 just disappeared because I didn’t complete the order.
I ordered again this morning. Very happy about that.
I entered the check out and was offered another free gift for free if I responded in 5 minutes. I went back again to find the discount code I started over and proceeded to the checkout only to discover that there were now 3 orders for the exact same thing but I saw no way to remove the extra two sets along with the 3 free items.
I called customer service only to be told they were closed.
I have ordered from them before and found the experience and prompt delivery was fantastic so I dont want to bash them and hurt the owners reputation. I will have to cancel my order because I am buying Christmas gifts and have two family members birthday gifts on a limited budget.

Bank statement says $90 twice this month, and I unsubscribed last year’s subscription. I never received any products at all. I want a full refund.

My account was cancelled as I requested. Part of my issue was that I'd asked IF another package could be purchased that did not contain the sunscreen, as I had a severe allergic reaction to the products that contained it.
My question was not answeree. The business is set up beautifully. Questions asked, questions answered. Problem resolved.
MB is or should be an example of how customer service should work. Very impressive.
I love the products less those with sunscreen, of course. Wish i could continue using, but without a package that does not contain the added sunscreen, individual purchase of items I love is on the "out of my league price wise"list.
So often it's easy to order and difficult to cancel.
This is not the case with MB.
This is the 2nd time i've cancelled. A few years back i had the same problem, I thought it was a transfer from hand sanitisers, so I stopped everything and tried again unitil I isolated sunscreen as the culpret.

They sent me and charged me for these little itty-bitty samples, and they charged me like 5060 bucks for those. Then they sent me a big box for full-size ones that I did not order and charged me over $90 for them.
I want my money back, but I will send the product back, no problem. However, I need you to send me whatever it is I need to put on the box to send it back, and I want my refund.

I ordered the $49 package just to try it not knowing I would be on a subscription. The product broke my skin out so I called to cancel subscription and get refund.
Rep told me I had an option to send it back and pay shipping or just discard it and subscription would be canceled and pay nothing else.

Your customer service department should stay open longer to receive calls to them from other states like, Honolulu Hawaii due to different time zones and calling times differ from the mainland
