My order hasn’t been delivered
Nothing happened -- I don't know what you are talking about. I called to find out if my order had been shipped - that was all I wanted.
BUT I do believe your prices are unbelievably high and I might consider stopping as a customer. I am 78 years old and really can barely afford such high prices.
Why are you charging me every month quite a high price???

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I will not receive any more shipments and not charged in the future.
I've been trying to cancel the skin care products for 2 months. "LIVE CHAT" does not exist, and I spoke to cust serv last month, because the skin care product arrived (with no advance notice) and a $99 payment was withdrawn from my bank account also with no advance notice.
They refused to cancel this, only offering me the "great opportunity" to reschecule my NE XT SUBSCRIP
TION to September 4.
2029. I want this CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY, NO MORE SHIPMENTS, NO MORE UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.

I ordered my kit with some extra items so I wouldn’t run out. I ordered two containers of 1 oz of the crème de serum. When I got my kit I see two of the .5 oz ones.
Theres a reason why I order what I order. Called and they said it was back ordered.
That I would have to wait for my next kit. I could run out before then. Couldnt understand why they wouldnt send 4 small ones if that was the case.
When I first started I use to get samples. But since Im a valued customer I dont even get that.

I've used it in the past and it's a great product it's wonderful product that's all it is it's a wonderful product thank you they have no amazing amazing products
Next shipment
They were awesome! I have no complaints. Who ever complained,they must be on drugs because the products are GREAT!
Missing product
I purchased this product. I received the first shipment, paid for it, and kept it.
I called and canceled my subscription. I was told I would not receive another shipment or have any funds removed from my account. However, I then received a second shipment, which I did not open. I took it to my local post office and they shipped it back to you.
Now there's no record of MB ever receiving it. Subsequently, I received a third package. The package was taped and I did open it to find out there was only 1 of 6 pieces in it! Now, I have to pay $6 to ship it back to MB.
This has been nothing but a hassle and a waste of my precious time.
I will tell everyone I know not to buy your product. Thank you and have a good day.

Nothing just checking mu status of order delivery. Just want to be notified so I'll know when it's delivered. Don't know why I was sent to this site after asking about my order status and to please be emailed or messaged when my order is delivered.

I had already called And canceled
I had canceled my subscription to meaningful beauty. I cant afford it anymore, so I canceled it and then I got another shipment and they took took money out of my account.
I couldnt afford it. It put me in overdraft. I didnt know it was coming out because I had canceled it. So I had to call again and cancel it again.
This wont happen again.
If it does, I dont know exactly what Ill do. Thank you.

When called to cancel they didnt bother to tell me it was a three month pay and how expensive it was for very little product. Would never recommend Meaningful Beauty to anyone

I bought a gift that my mother-in-law sent me a link to, and inadvertently I signed myself up for a subscription. Its almost like meaningful beauty doesnt trust its customers to come back and buy their product.
Upon speaking with a sales rep, and cancelling the membership, they said I could pay to ship the second package that I didnt want back to them for a refund, but they would not provide shipping costs, even though they had yet to even ship it to me, but couldnt stop the shipment.
***I shipped it back and made sure it was tracked and required a signature upon delivery.***
But I was charged a third time even after I canceled so calling the call center, they said nope we dont have it here.
I gave them the tracking information and told them I had a signature confirmation and magically the package had arrived. And they would stop the charges.
Hopefully this will be my last interaction with this terrible company.

I placed an order and waited three days still no email saying that my order had been shipped contacted customer service and she told me that if it wasnt there within 24 to 48 hours then I would have to re-order so I re-ordered again still no charge on my account from the first order re-ordered again now I have two orders coming towards me. I called back to ask them to cancel one of them.
The lady told me that she couldnt cancel that I had to wait till I got the order now Im doubly charged they havent even created a shipping label. Theres no tracking number and they refused to cancel the second orderbad customer service bad way of ordering

The lady I spoke with was very understanding and kind and professional and helpful. She didnt sound like she looked down on me for being on social security and actually worked with me which made me feel good.
Usually if you dont have a bunch of money people are rude to you but this lady was SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL! GREAT JOB!Shes a keeper!!
