Price Affordability

I ordered this product with brush for 39.95. Then I found out that it really was 45.00 charged to my card.

I called and cancelled any future orders. I was told I had to pay for the initial order I received. It was not as advertised on TV. So I didn't get anymore orders, but got a bill for 99.90.

I called and told them I was sending the whole order back. I never got to try any of it. I think that Cindy Crawford should know what it happening and fix it or take her name off it. It cost me 11.90 to send it back.

Now I hope I see a credit for it on my credit card. I don't know how they can advertise anything on TV for one price and charge you 145 dollars after you order.

I am going to complain to the Better Business Buriel. (sp)

Reason of review: Price not as advertised.

Monetary Loss: $56.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Product not 3995 be aware, Billing and handling of accounts, Customer service, Ive been over charged, Difficult to cancel, Charges i did not authorize.
