I had an allergic reaction to the product. I called to cancel the order. The woman on the phone tried to tell me it was a 3 month supply and owed them 160.00 I told her it was not a 3 month supply. They charged my account in June gor that months order. I have not recieved a order for July. So no way I got a 3 month supply. I would tell everyone not purchase the product.

They do not let you know exactly how much you are paying for. You think you are buying one month, then its 3 months supply you paid for, but the kicker here is they take your money in less than a half of a second. I tried to cancel immediately. They said they have to mail it out and I have to send it back. You don't get your money back until 6 weeks later. Which I still haven't received. Its a scam. They are making money off of the interest you send them when you are waiting for your refund. This company should be put out of business. Shame on you Cindy Crawford.

I have learned to READ the fine print closely on these types of promos. Do not order over the phone.

Go the the website & read every thing. Having done that & seeing they will ship & charge me for 90 day supplies in the future, I will NOT be ordering this product. If it's so good why can we not just purchase it-why be forced into receiving future shipments?

I am disappointed in Cindy Crawford allowing her name be used, but I guess greed gets to the best if us. It's all about the money.

I paid for my BB cream in the last shipment which never came in. I had to call it in twice about never receiving it to which the guy over the phone stated he will send me 2 BB creams for free with no shipping or extra charges.

I am now receiving a $16 charge for that order which is out of nowhere.

If you read the fine print it specifically says that you will be charged for a 3 month supply at a certain price per month, not a total price for three months. Maybe next time you should read and understand what you're buying before.

I used the product for 7 years..loved it..then it seemed to stop working..canceling was a nightmare. took 3 weeks of phone calls copies of cancelation notices on and on. I would like to use the product again just not worth the hassle if I should want to cancel again. the price has gone down alot since I first started using meaningful beauty products, I wonder why that is. I dont order anything off the tv anymore. you can go to other sites to get what you want without all the hassle. like wen hair products..hated it, took weeks to cancel that & a threat to call the attorney general & report them. if all these hollywood products are so great, sell them in stores, they would probably sell more.

I used Meaningful Beauty for 3 years, stopped for 3 years and recently began using again. I noticed a huge difference in my face w/o it. I like this product, have had NO problems with Guthy Renker and no problem with charges. I get compliments on my skin all of the time. I'm 44 and people think im in my 20's. I'm shocked people say that it doesn't work although some reviews say they've used it for one or two months. Maybe they didn't give it enough time. For me, it's been great and I'm so happy to have it again.

I fell for the ads, too. I purchased the initial kit, was debited and received products. I liked them. I still like them! Then I was debited the 2nd payment, and did receive the 90 day kit but decided $55 per month was too pricy for skin care so I called to cancel. The rep said no problem, we've cancelled your account. NEVER did the rep mention that I was paying off the 90 day supply cost of over $150, or that my account would still be debited 2 additional payments. Lying by omission is STILL LYING! When I saw the 3rd payment debited, I called THAT MINUTE and got a rep whose attitude was essentially "too bad, you still gotta pay". I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, and was connected to "Rashida". Her statement was that the pricing info for the 90 day kit is given to the customer and noted on invoices and online. To this, I objected, and stated she was forcing me to file a complaint with the BBB and to post additional complaints in online forums. At this point, she agreed to issue a credit for the 3rd payment and to cancel any and all future transactions and debits. I then emailed the Customer Service link on the website summarizing the conversation I'd had with "Rashida" and requesting confirmation that her statements were accurate. I received a reply saying future payments were cancelled, but nothing about the credit I'd been promised. I replied to their email asking them to confirm that the promised credit had been issued, but have received nothing back as yet. I've already filed a complaint with the BBB. What chaps me the most is that Cindy Crawford, someone I grew up seeing in the media and whom I have admired, has put her name behind unethical and dishonest business and advertising practices. Yes, the products are quite nice, and yes, I'm still using them until they're gone. But this in no way negates the fact that the company dupes customers, hides the actual costs of the product, fails to promptly and properly address complaints, and provides dismal customer service. Way to go, Cindy! You've proven you can be as dishonest, unethical and greedy as any American capitalist business MAN. Putting one over on hardworking women who just want to look a little younger, a little less tired, a little less wrinkled; taking their hard-earned dollars after they've cancelled their "subscriptions"...what's your cut of each dishonest debit, Cindy?...shame on you.
