The product is great i have used it fir years but now i want to discontinue the service for the HORRIBLE customer service. They barely speak and understand English. I tried to spell and get 3 different reps to understand. I had to hang up and no resolution. Too bad. Better pay to get better service!!!!! Im sure im not the only one.

My mother was treated rudely and was yelled at by a customer service rep, when she called to make a payment and cancel her product. They told her she couldn't cancel the product and were demanding a new credit card number. My my was so upset she hung up, I am now dealing with the this problem for her.
