They changed the web-site. I couldn't change my order and there shipped me the same order as last time.
I e-mailed them and NOTHING. I had to pay $10.00 to ship it back and e-mailed again asking for a refund for the shipping. As you know, still nothing. I don't think they have a customer service department.
Just a billing and shipping. Very disappointed Cindy doesn't do something about this. I'm not sure why such a big company would not take the time to help their customers and answer their e-mails.
It's not like I ask for a telephone call.
