After contacting the the BBB in that state this problem was resolved in my favor. I am happy to know there is a agency that will get the job done.
Original review posted by user Jan 09, 2015After moving to new house and receiving product at new location I tried to cancel monthly shipment. Was cancelled for new location but company had prior address still on file and sent order there. Returned product as no longer living there. When I called the company to straighten out and get a refund I kept hitting deadends so I had my credit company dispute the charge. I was credited by my credit card company after dispute was investigated. Meaningful Beauty turned bill over to collections and claimed they also credited me for the merchandise returned. After 6 months of dealing with this I sent proof to Meaningful Beauty and collection agency that I only received a credit from my charge card company not Meaningful Beauty. I thought I was through but low-and-behold I received a collection notice from different collection company. When I called Meaningful Beauty they now wanted to claim they never received product back-funny to me they had already acknowledged over 6 months ago they did receive it. Now they want me to sit by the phone and wait on a call from their billing department-like I have nothing else to do. The guy hung up on me. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU NEVER WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. IT IS FOR A LIVE TIME.

It just keeps getting better...I got a letter from the collection department for Meaningful Beauty today demanding the money for the 2 shipments I never received (but was billed for anyway). I have already had to do 2 charge backs as they billed me last year, then again earlier this month when I disputed the shipment they sent 10 months after cancelling the service. I received and paid for only one shipment from this company, yet have spent countless hours on the phone with their customer service and my credit card company.
Original review posted by user Jan 18, 2015Not only did a package arrive 8 months after cancelling with no email to notify me, they also recharged for the 2 disputed amounts from last year. I cancelled as soon as I got the merchandise Feb 2014, but was billed for merchandise I never got 2 more times. I disputed the charges and they refunded everything but shipping FOR MERCHANDISE THEY NEVER SET! So I disputed again and had shipping credited. Then I got another shipment in Dec 2014 which I disputed. Now they have rebilled me for the 2 transactions I disputed last year! Now I have 3 transactions on my card for merchandise I never got.
