First of all I would like to say that has been already a year with an ussue with these people. Everything started when I only ordered one kit which I paid for it and the next month I realized that had been charged twice for nothing because I didnt receive anything.What I did:I called and I was ignored;they hanged up so I called my mastercard company and told them to cancel the automated payments. I though this had ended but guess what they started to send letters of `reminders` which didnt nake any sense so time passed by about a year and then surpiringly,I received a collection`s letter I was very worried so I sent a money order so they were not able to take my card information. But still received another letter.I would like to solve this problem otherwise I will be forcsd to call the government. Dont buy anything by phone !!!!!!

Dirty Business First of when you order products from Guthy Renker they don't tell you that comes from 3 different companies. When I had to call to cancel I had to call dozens of different numbers, was ridiculous. Customer service was super rude and unhelpful. The first shipment was not received and I called to cancel the whole thing. They did not cancel and continuously kept charging me. The second packaged arrived and I returned back. The third never came. I called several... SEVERAL times discussing the matter and nothing was done. I had to dispute the transactions with my credit card. After that Guthy Renker mail me collections letter, I keep trying to call to resolve the issue and it's impossible I had to pay for some items I never received so it didn't go to collections, now they are sending me more bills for things I have no idea what it is and I keep trying to call them and nothing is ever resolved!

I received the 30 day trial around November, 2013. The product is pretty good but I decided not to purchase it. In less than a month I see a charge. I called them to cancel and they said to return the product and I'll be reimbursed. No credit received. Again, I was charged in January for $34. After reading a number of complains for the same issue I decided to put a stop payment and cancel my credit card. Somehow today (2/25/14) I see a charge again for $24. How did they get my new cc number??? I don't know what else to do. It is very frustrated.

Additional complaints should be and will be made to the Better Business Bureau. There is a total lack of knowledge and information left out of the script read to consumers that are taking their time to purchase a product that is overpriced and a Customer Service that is Non-Existent. When you call to order the trial package, as advertised, you will be asked if you would like an additional piece for less than $10. HANG UP, DO NOT PASS GO, YOU WILL NOT COLLECT ANYTHING OF BENEFIT TO YOU!! They did not inform me that this meant that there will be future charges to your credit card which would total approximately $150, of which will be for a 3 month supply. NO....Instead the representative tells me it is for a 1 month supply and assures me that there will be no more charges to my account, just the $60 I agreed to (which includes S/H). Well, Obviously, It's not until we receive the merchandise and the invoice that we call to complain. Why? It's Not what was ordered or discussed in the Original Phone Call. So the Original Representative's name, when I asked, was Gale. She even gave me her last name. When I called to ask where to ship the product back (within the SAME MONTH), Martha (another rep) tells me don't bother as she's sorry for the misinformation and she will confirm (with a Reference # ) that there will be no more charges and the account will be cancelled. I took down the notes (ref#, name, date, time,etc..). Well, I was charged two more times. When I called again, Jennifer (Supposedly the Supervisor), indicated that she doesn't see the Original Order nor Who Took the Order (despite the fact that I gave her first & last name, ref# for both calls, etc.) because they don't run on Real Time???? WHAT?...And when asked if the call was recorded...she said only for "Quality & Training Purposes"...Is It EVER Recorded?? None of my calls were and Jennifer said she doesn't know of a Gale (last name also given) working for her.?. It's good to take notes, because they speak to those that call to complain as if they just want to be difficult. They don't expect you to give them details and the representative didn't think I had any information written down. Instead, I'm told, "didn't you read the invoice?"..NO *** Sherlock...That's OBVIOUSLY Why I'm calling... Idiots. That's how they make their money. They will only tell you that there's nothing they can do because they can see the notes that I called and the account was cancelled, but don't want to confirm what was ordered because Jennifer (Supervisor?) says she can't see that the order was even placed???? The reps read a script and can't divert from that....Don't waste any more time, just write a complaint letter to the Better Business Bureau.

This company aweful in every sense of the word!!!!!!!!!!!!!!please save yourself a headache by avoiding this scam of a company. I cancelled my order yet, they still charged my card. I had to cancell my bank card so they could stop going into my account. I wish I read about these complaints before calling the company. I do not think Crawford knows what this company is doing or does she even care since the money is soooo sweet!!! Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so pissed that I cannot evern continue writing. Buyers beware!!!!!!! After reading others complaint it breaks my heart to know that I am not alone.
Meaningful beauty fraud !!!!
I orded meaningful beauty yesterday, sunday. they kept trying to get me to buy so many other things that "cindy recommends" and I was very clear that I only wanted the 39.94 order I called in about. I just called my bank and they-meaninful beaty- took out $200.00. I called about it and meaningfulb. said sorry, it's too early for us to have your account information, you'll have to call us back next week. They took out $200. I am so pissed! So now im out $200, Im posting fraud on it with the bank and im supposed to get it back in a few days while the fraud dept. deals with meaningful whatever, I can't even say the name.
