I also myself did the research just like you and used my brain and did the math and understood what I would pay monthly to maintain beautiful skin I have absolutely no regret what so ever ordering meaningful beauty and have not had any issues with my credit card or customer service the product line is amazing my skin has never looked better it is more radiant and healthy and more full of life. I have been using this product for 120 days now and have eliminated from my beauty regime foundation and cover up there is no need for it my skin alone is illuminated with a healthy glow. As for the price it is 100% worth it!

First of all I would like to say that has been already a year with an ussue with these people. Everything started when I only ordered one kit which I paid for it and the next month I realized that had been charged twice for nothing because I didnt receive anything.What I did:I called and I was ignored;they hanged up so I called my mastercard company and told them to cancel the automated payments. I though this had ended but guess what they started to send letters of `reminders` which didnt nake any sense so time passed by about a year and then surpiringly,I received a collection`s letter I was very worried so I sent a money order so they were not able to take my card information. But still received another letter.I would like to solve this problem otherwise I will be forcsd to call the government. Dont buy anything by phone !!!!!!

They send a little box, once every three months and charge 192.00 for it. It says nothing about this in the terms and conditions that I can find that states this.

This is a scam, it is not worth the money. Cindy Crawford and this company is getting rich from this. You would think, that the 39.95 is what you would be paying for future mailings, but NOT. So I personally would not recommend this.

It is a fairly good product, but definitely not worth the money.

Meaningful Beauty - Unexpected product delivery of 90 days supply.

Meaningful beauty 30 days supply was ordered, however they sent me 90 days supplies without my request, charging me $164.82 to my credit card. (I may have kept the 30days supply, due to not calling them to cancel within 30 days of initial order, but NOT 90 days supply - that's being greedy, taking advantage of consumer.) After I return their product back, I am still out of $25.00 for shipping handling charges that are not refundable by them, and my cost and time to return. It's such a poor business practice, and makes people think twice to do online business, trusting that companies will respect, and not costing consumers more than we have to pay. How could I recover my time and lost money for shipping and handling for both ways ? I'd like to take Guthy Renker / Meaningful Beauty to small claims court for the cost incurred due to unethical, poor business practice. Besides, I was surprised to see, Cindy Crawford's face full of Botox/filler than results from using the products that she represents. Disappointed. Nov 30, 2014

Unbelievable.....they tell u they will send you 30 days initially, then follow with a 90 day supply (assuming you want more), but they don't. INSTEAD THEY JUST INITIALLY SEND YOU THE 90 DAY SUPPLY AND CHARGE YOU FOR THAT 3 MONTHS!

I ordered the basic kit via internet. The product was disappointing. I did not realize that they would over charge me for merchandise I had not ordered or ever received to the tune of $164.82 I have cancelled my account but after reading multitudinous complaints I have a feeling I will be dealing with them for the rest of my life. I turned the matter over to my attorney and have advised my bank not to pay any future charges. I will probably have to kiss my $164.82 goodbye. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.......CINDY CRAWFORD YOU ARE THE POSTER GIRL FOR BEAUTY ONLY BEING SKIN DEEP...SHAME ON YOU!!

i almost immediately tried to cancel or change my order. if you read closely (something I wish I had done before) you will notice that it takes three weeks for your order to arrive, then ONE week later, you get signed up for another three months!! ! Try to cancel online, they say they are "still processing my order" except THAT I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED IT. CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS. Called customer service after lengthy hold. finally got someone. told them i want to cancel, and they immediately transferred me, another lengthy hold...longer than the first, got to leave a message, finally. I am calling my bank tomorrow, and stopping any further payments to these criminals

Stop auto renewing orders. Why would your company do this with almost every product (proactive, wen..)?

The Internet is filled with complaints about this. If someone doesn't ask for auto renewal, then don't *** automatically do it!
