I called the company and ordered one product, the daily moisture cream, on a once off basis. They shipped it and charged my credit card.

Two weeks later they charged me again. Now I cannot get hold of anyone regarding a refund. I had used this product before. I did not request a repeat shipment in fact I specifically stressed that I just wanted one shipment.

Upon calling the 800 number I was put on hold and transferred around several times.

The people I spoke with did not speak English properly. I spent 15 minutes trying to submit a claim on line.z
