The products were okay but not for me, the bigger problem is the customer service that you DO NOT GET! I have been trying to cancel my account and get a refund for over 4 months now.
I was mislead on the price and the fact that you could cancel at any time. I have not received my initial payment of $49.95 from November and continue to receive past due notices for products that were returned early January.
This is the worst customer service that I have ever seen. If I were Cindy Crawford I wouldn't want my name associated with this type of customer service!
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Meaningful Beauty Cons: Customer service and being mislead on the price.
