I have not received my order.i order august 17 th an haven't received anything
I haven't received what I payed for it's been a month
Do where is my products are my money back it's on my bank statement

I got a bit upset with person I was talking to when I asked to cancel. She proceeded to say different options instead.
I said no and she kept on with the same thing til I'd had enough and had to rudely interrupt her and say " can you stop telling me what I can do and just do what I asked". I was rude but it was the ONLY way I could get her to STOP talking. Finally she did.
It was terrible that they can't just honor your request. If I wanted alternative ways, I would have asked HER for that.

Not informed that I could change the shipping date for earlier delivery. They said I will received the product in July and product schedule for delivery in around 11August Not happy because I ran out.n

Hi, my name is Gloria.
I ordered only the set that is $49.52.
Then, after that, they charged my card $91.52 for 2 months. I received another set of cream that I never ordered. I have been sending some emails and received no response. I have been trying to call customer service, and they never answer me.
Please be careful when you order this product because it's not good! Don't buy this product; they will take your money from your credit card without your authorization.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY 3 month reorder! i am notifing my bank today..turning these June & July $91.74 each month..as FRAUD..I expect to get these 2 cgarges RETURNED TO ME/my Bank!!!
DO NOT CHARGE ME AGAIN & DO NOT SHIP ANY FUTURE ORDERS..they will be sent back & returned! I am a VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER..livid to say the least! I tried to call Meaningful Beauty telephone number wax on hold over 30 minutes..no one ever picked up!

Very professional, happy with the results. Being a customer for years, this is the first time I have had an issue. I appreciate the way the customer service lady resolved my problems.

Over charging on my credit card.
I was put on automatic shipping.
I was not aware of that when I ordered the product. I will try the product first and then decide if I want to buy more products. Be ware they will put you on auto shipment without your knowledge.
Ur product did not work for me

Please cancel my subscription. I've spent a lot of money over the years and this year product.

I originally ordered on March 15th,received my first shipment and then I was charged again April 15th. Received the large order.
I was charged agin June 24th and again July 18th.
I have not received anything since the 2nd package. I never asked for

Product smells funny and the texture is not normal. The moisturizer is damaged and it smells funny. I would like to put a stop on the order and send the damaged product back.

I keep getting charged 90.96 for 3 days in a row. I have canceled my subscription.
I called them over 10 times in 4 days. This company is a scam. I wonder if Cindy Crawford would approve of this scam. I do not know what else to do.
I will never order or buy Meaningful Beauty ever again. Not worth the hassle.

My doctor said that I cannot use the product because of a ingredient that the product is made with. So I returned the products unused back to meaningful beauty. I wanted to try the products but cannot do so.

Notdeciding. To buy When i placed my order for promotional hair products was not expected to be monthly charges for it.
I offer to send the products back but cr did not want to send an RMA to return items.
On the contrary she said that there will be another charge in June. The promotion was deciving.
