Got my order wrong & refuse to make it right | Meaningful Beauty review from Salt Lake City, Utah

I ordered the initial Meaningful Beauty products that they were doing a "special" on. My account was debited but when I got my package it was missing items? Called customer service, who were rude and disrepectful and uncaring. They agreed to send one of the "free" extras but kept saying I recieved a different order than I was telling them and that was written on their own letter!!!! And No I wasn't getting the missing item. I have tried to email after the inital call and if you go to their email site it is blank, so I tried thru FB put in my order# etc, got a message saying I wasn't who I said I was so that email didn't go thru either. I have only been able to use what products I got once so can't give a review. But I will be cancelling any further orders even if that means I change my credit card number. They are running some kind of scam

They keep billing after account is cancelled | Meaningful Beauty review from Cape Coral, Florida

After ordering these products, I discovered I am allergic to the ingredient they use for SPF protection and broke out in a hideous rash on my face and neck.I contacted the company to see if I could exchange those products for different ones that did not contain those ingredients. I was told they would not as there pathetic internal procedures did not allow it. I'd have to send all the products back and once they received them and processed them, THEN they would send out new product. If I wanted product right away, I would have to order and pay for it. End result? They lost a customer bent on warning everyone I can to stay away from these people.They bill in three installments and I just got hit for another and I have no products and I'm out another $50.00. I've now paid for two of the three installments and no sign of the refund promised.So far, it has been 4 weeks and no refund.I will never again buy anything that is automatically billed and shipped and suggest everyone else out there do the same as you will keep getting billed even after your cancel--just like I did. And there is no excuse, once the account has been cancelled, normal computer programs stop sending out invoices. Not these people. Be forewarned.

I'm. A 32 year old woman who has dealt with acne n greasy skin for most of my adult life. I was so excited to get my products i had orders for the $39.95. Well i waited a month for these products to come. The first day ir didnt seem so nad but, i noticed when i used the day cream it made my face more greasy and more broken out then ever before. So i stopped using the day cream and still no change.it hasnt diminished and of my fine lines om my or under my eyes. Its a waste of money. And the ACTRESS are being paid to said the great raves about these fake products. Not only that i just got billed for a 90day supply and have yet to receive it nor did i order it. It took the last of the money i did have in my account. Being a single mother i was so upset and beside myself. Any advice would be great since i know Cindy herself would never comtaxt me. She is to busy ripping customers off!! Any advise please email my @ gialove81@gmail.com

Charged for incorrect order, account was cancelled by mistake | Meaningful Beauty review from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I called MB to re-activate my account. They sent products to me without my authorization. When I did log on to their website, placed an order, they cancelled it-again with out my knowledge. I called to find out why- they told me I had to start all over from the beginning because I ordered something that needed to be returned and they are forcing me to purchase a kit I do not want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service told me they could not help. I spoke with a supervisor and she said all she could do was ask someone to call me when they got the chance.

Products are just plain junk! | Meaningful Beauty review from Newark, New Jersey

Luckily, I only purchased the $40 sample package. Honestly..this was way too much to spend on these products (that contain nothing scientifically proven to reduce aging btw). Cannot even say that I was even able to give it a serious attempt because of the immediate rebellion that my skin underwent in just 2 nights of using this junk. In the kit, I used the eye cream, the creme de serum, and the glow serum. Well, if you call redness and severe brekouts glowing..then go right ahead and give it a try. Don't get me wrong..I did not expect miracles, but this is just the poorest quality line out there and are now in the garbage. I have used Reclaim products for years (which is from yet another celebrity line, but products are FABULOUS) and was looking for some supplemental products. I will NOT be using Meaningful Beauty to fulfill that need. Don't wasre your money...wait...evenif its GIVEN to you..don't take a chance..re-gift it!

Thanks everyone for the notice on the meaningful beauty. Anything that Guthy- Ranker sells is ***.

They didi all of the above and more tome. Proactive and wen Hair system. They both suck and don't do what they say there suppost to do. Then they want to keep trying to make up for the mess ups they made and keep sending you products for nothing.

I have recieved over $300.00 of Wen product for froo and they still wanted to keep sending them to me. I told they to just clear what they were trying to bill me and call it even. For proactive. That *** burned my face and even the sensitive stuff did NOT work.

They cleared my bill too, but I'm not done with them.

I got perminute scares on my face and I'm PISSED............................... Enough said..

Why would you assume they're on welfare just because their grammar isn't perfect? I know lots of highly educated people that only make the effort to put forth proper grammar if it's for a school assignment. Perhaps nikalseyn, you should take a few dollars out of YOUR next check to pay someone to tutor you in how to speak to other human beings and not jump to conclusions.

Perhaps you could take a couple of dollars out of your next welfare check and pay someone to tutor you in the fine art of English grammar and typing? We would all appreciate it.

Oh, and say Hi to the beauty queen for all of us. :eek

@John N

You know when you are frustrated and irritated, not everyone uses good grammar skills. If you do not like what is posted..then don't read it...but be nice..the person was obviously upset and rightfully so if they did get manipulated by this company.

Have heard this before about Gunthy-Renker and charging account when they shouldn't. Is why I won't try the product..may work but the financial company is difficult to work with...Be nice

@be nice

thank you for your response and for standing up to someone attacking this person's spelling rather than allowing they have a right to be upset.

DO NOT GIVE THEM CREDIT/DEBIT CARD | Meaningful Beauty review from Jacksonville, Florida

Purchased the "Trial Size" - paid with Debit Card. Explicitly told them I wanted NOTHING else, if I did, I would call them back. Two weeks after receiving trial pkg., they took out 48.94 from checking. I called and asked them about it, they apologized, said it must have been a mistake, to send product back and they would refund. Oh, and I would receive the product in 7-10 business days. 2 days later, they deducted $79.90 from my checking. 4 days later I rcvd unwanted merchandise. Now, I have to wait for them to ship me a UPS label, and when they receive product, they will send me a CHECK in 7-10 business days. I have to cancel my debit card so they do not continue to rip me off. I have to battle for my $$ - dealing with an unpleasant Customer Service Rep (Jane)who do not care at all that this company is ripping me off.

Unauthorized charges to my credit card | Meaningful Beauty review from Broken Bow, Nebraska

Do not buy this product. After you receive your order they will continue to send you products you didn't order and charge your credit card. Then they want you to pay to have it mailed back. Then you have to keep calling for a refund. These people should be jailed. And Cindy Crawford should do something about this. This is an embarrassment to run a business this way. The customer service was horrible when I called. They made me feel like it was my fault. I feel like I have no control when they keep charging my account. Shame on all of you.
