I, after seeing the infomercial on this product a number of times, figured that it would be a good gift for my girlfriend since she is always looking for a good skin care product. You'd think Cindy Crawford is pretty reputable, *** she's friggin gorgeous still...

Meaningful beauty gave me the worst hives.

I had never tried facial products before. So I decided to try meaningful beauty and it started right away. My face would get red. And I thought it was the product working. Well I used it for a month, and then I got the second batch. Well I broke out so bad. Hives and bumps all over my cheeks. That was December. It is May now and my cheeks still have bumps. My face is sore sore. Then I called them and they took all my information but they never reimbursed me. Not very happy. I will never use any facial products ever again.

Meaningful Beauty Scam

Ordered about $60 worth of product and charged to credit card. Received additional unordered product and was billed for $140. When notified that product was not ordered or needed. Was told that product could not be returned and that payment must be made. Upon additional contact with company they agreed that we should not have to pay and was told we had a $0 balance........until the next bill arrived indicating a $94 balance. when contacted, company insisted that product cannot be returned and that payment must be made. This is nothing but a scam!!! It's too bad that things are so bad for Cindy Crawford that she needs to rip people off of their hard earned money to pay her bills. She should be ashamed! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RUDE DISHONEST SNAKE OIL PEDDLERS!

Meaningful Beauty: Horrible products

These products do not work yet I have been charged a fortune for them. I am highly upset that this company charges so much for their products which do not do what they advertise. I was told I can not return them because it supposedly has been over 60 days since I received them, which it has not. I am truly disgusted!!! They do not stand behind their products yet they have no problem with ripping countless withdrawals from my bank account. This company falsely advertises. Do not buy anything from them! They will rip you off over and over again!!!

Cancellation never takes effect | Meaningful Beauty review from Tampa, Florida

Meaningful Beauty is a company I wish I had never heard of. My experiences with them has been a nightmare. I have, unsuccessfully, attempted to cancel my subscription three times. The first attempt was within days of receiving the first shipment. I, regrettably, tried the product and it left my face greasy. The second rep said she would gladly refund my money and stop the next shipment. She did not cancel my subscription or refund my money. The last rep "Tammy" said she would do what nobody else had done, actually cancel my subscription. then four days later I see yet another charge on my credit card. I am considering hiring an attorney.

Absulute scam, cheap product | Meaningful Beauty review from Los Angeles, California

As with the other reviews, my experience was the same.Ordered a $90.95 package and canceled 2 months in imminently, because i have read all the reviews on pissedconsumer . com and i knew they scam people but my mom wanted these creams!! so what could i do? I expected just that - the same package on auto-delivery once a month until I canceled. Not so! Their explanation was that I signed up for a $200 package that was parsed out in $90 shipments until fulfilled. I have been charged HUNDREDS of dollars after the cancellation. DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT sign up for any Meaningful Beauty products. Not only is the product very disappointing - they will charge your account REPEATEDLY even after you cancel.I am on the *** of seeking legal recourse.

Crooks | Meaningful Beauty review from North Las Vegas, Nevada

I wasn't aware that when you bought a 30 day supply, you signed up for follow-on shipments of 60-day supplies plus vitamins. When I got another shipment I called the customer service and cancelled the subscription. That was in December. I kept seeing charges to my account so I called back. The rep said that I was charged in 3 installments so my last payment would be March. In May, I checked my account and had been charged in April and May. I called yet again and the rep said that I cancelled the regular meaningful beauty but still got the vitamins. This was NEVER explained to me. Why would I cancel the lotion and still get the vitamins? They are crooks and I can't believe this is allowed to happen. Don't buy this product! It's a horrible practice and are taking hundreds of dollars from us! I said that I had the bottle of vitamins and I would return it. The rep informed me that since it was shipped March 6th, I was 2 days past the 60 day guarantee. Are you freaking kidding me? It hasn't even been opened. I don't know what they put in those vitamins so I have never taken any of them.

Double charged by meaningful beauty

I called the company and ordered one product, the daily moisture cream, on a once off basis. They shipped it and charged my credit card. Two weeks later they charged me again. Now I cannot get hold of anyone regarding a refund. I had used this product before. I did not request a repeat shipment in fact I specifically stressed that I just wanted one shipment. Upon calling the 800 number I was put on hold and transferred around several times. The people I spoke with did not speak English properly. I spent 15 minutes trying to submit a claim on line.z
