Yea, i went thru the same thing....they are robbing people by not telling them the hidden cost...they say 39.95...thats not the case....it will cost you over 120.00 by the time they get thru robbing you...the product does not work and the items they send are so small....not worth it.

I cant believe that Cindy Crawford has her name on this product!!! She seems smarter than that. This is embarrassing for her reputation. Once they have your credit card you absolutely can not cancel for 3 months. This is not disclosed to you at the time of purchase. A Civil action lawsuit should follow this and I don't recommend ever buying this product to anyone. Anyone who has to underhandedly take money from you does not have a good enough product to sell on its own. The people who work there also don't care if you are not happy with the product. I hate working with companies that have bad customer service!!! DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!

This is awful. I intentionally went back and watched the TV commercial to see if I misunderstood the billing.

I called Meaningful Beauty and the lady said the billing is printed on the TV screen. I'm totally upset.

This is highway robbery at its finest!

Actually i also had the same issue once , i had buy hair care product from some online website and it was not worth it . Then one day i heard about the website from so many people so i ordered hair care products from that site but this time it was worth . Wrong Order Review

The worst service . Their team is so bad , I did not recevied what I orderd. The package was immediately sent back in the address given from meaningful ugly not beauty , and they still are asking for the payment. Pretty ugly their behavior with clients. I feel very bad for my self that i made this order and paid for something I never used and returned back.

RIP off....Over charged my credit card | Meaningful Beauty review

When I originally ordered the products I specifically asked if the charge for any additional orders would stay the same...asked more than once after bring reassured that my visit would continue to be the introductory price of $39 I agreed to go on the 3month reordering the same products. After a receiving a couple of orders approx 9 months later and not noticing any differences from any other product I called to cancel my account and cancel the automatic shipments. To my suprise after review my account I had been charged over $100dollars for every shipment and of course the only thing customer service could say is "I am sorry that you given the wron information" In my opinion this a shameful thing for Cindy Crawford to be doing to the public, using her fame to rip people off...shameful

order a kit for my mother. Birthday gift. Product is not different than an over the counter moisturizer and cause minor rash on her face. Called customer service and they told me to return the containers. I did, sent containers back. However, they continue to charge me and send me another package. When I mentioned the money back warranty they said they didn't received the containers so they kept charging my account and sent me another shipment. I closed the account and. called customer service and they hang up whenever I asked to speak to supervisor. Will file complaint with business bureau if they don't returned my calls.
