Meaningful Beauty - Crooks

I wasn't aware that when you bought a 30 day supply, you signed up for follow-on shipments of 60-day supplies plus vitamins. When I got another shipment I called the customer service and cancelled the subscription. That was in December. I kept seeing charges to my account so I called back. The rep said that I was charged in 3 installments so my last payment would be March. In May, I checked my account and had been charged in April and May. I called yet again and the rep said that I cancelled the regular meaningful beauty but still got the vitamins. This was NEVER explained to me. Why would I cancel the lotion and still get the vitamins? They are crooks and I can't believe this is allowed to happen. Don't buy this product! It's a horrible practice and are taking hundreds of dollars from us! I said that I had the bottle of vitamins and I would return it. The rep informed me that since it was shipped March 6th, I was 2 days past the 60 day guarantee. Are you freaking kidding me? It hasn't even been opened. I don't know what they put in those vitamins so I have never taken any of them.

Meaningful Beauty - Deceitful Company!

As with the other reviews, my experience was the same. Ordered a $46.65 package and canceled 2 months in. I expected just that - the same package on auto-delivery once a month until I canceled. Not so! Their explanation was that I signed up for a $200 package that was parsed out in $46 shipments until fulfilled. I have been charged HUNDREDS of dollars after the cancellation. DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT sign up for any Meaningful Beauty products. Not only is the product very disappointing - they will charge your account REPEATEDLY even after you cancel. I am on the *** of seeking legal recourse.

Double charged by meaningful beauty

I called the company and ordered one product, the daily moisture cream, on a once off basis. They shipped it and charged my credit card. Two weeks later they charged me again. Now I cannot get hold of anyone regarding a refund. I had used this product before. I did not request a repeat shipment in fact I specifically stressed that I just wanted one shipment. Upon calling the 800 number I was put on hold and transferred around several times. The people I spoke with did not speak English properly. I spent 15 minutes trying to submit a claim on line.z

Meaningful Beauty - DO NOT SIGN UP

I called to put my account on hold which they did. I was told to call back before May 10 to extend the hold if I still didn't want product. SINCE IT DOESN'T WORK, I called on April 23, and told them to extend the hold only so I could keep my insider status. They automatically sent me another order and charged my AmX. So now it's on ME to send it back and get a refund. This company SUCKS! Shame on you Cindy. You slapped your endorsement on this scam and profit off your popularity. You should apologize and stop your ridiculous commercials. Total SCAM.

Meaningful Beauty - Just a Mom

I ordered the 30 day supply as advertised with the "free sample" over the Christmas holiday. It took a month to receive the initial product. I didn't even have time to begin using the product before their RIDICULOUS automated shipment started charging my account. OH, and the free product was vitamins, and they IMMEDIATELY started charging me for THOSE as well. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them via email. I managed to cancel the account, but not until they continued to charge and send UNWANTED shipments. Each having to be returned and NEVER refunded. After the FOURTH charge and THRID round of vitamins, I called AGAIN. They informed me that the vitamins and the beauty kit were SEPARATE accounts!! WHAT?? Even though I used THEIR shipping return labels and mailed it the way I was told (via CERTIFIED mail), they claim to have NEVER received the returns. NOW, I'm waiting on an affidavit that I have to sign and return (each way 4-6 weeks delivery) in order to POSSIBLY get my money back. SEVEN charges ranging from $32.94 to 56.64, and she had the nerve to tell me that there was a $55.00 balance on the account. I have used ONE 90 day supply kit. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!

Meaningful Beauty - Scam customer service

Waited 72 hour for your acct to exist in the system and called to cancel ordered then they said the status is pending and wait for the products shipped and then call back in 7-10 business day to get your refund???? Then again they promised this 60 days refund guaranteed with full refund for return products! Can't be trusted if they can refund you the minute you placed the order! If they believed in their products and service why are they trying to hold back your money first and quickly then fully return. Horrible system that they got and trying to make money out of you then having agreat products and business to serve you! Don't paid them! Lesson to learn never place an order from TV commercial again!

Meaningful Beauty - Was billed for something I didn't order

I purchased the $39.95 product which I received, then a month later was sent more products that I had not requested and was billed $68.58. When I emailed the customer service department listed in my original email, I received a bounce back email saying that the email had failed. I have received bounce back emails before, this one is made by the company. Pretty pissed off and feeling I will not get my money back, but I want others to know so they don't make the same mistake I did. Btw - the product smells like it has been sitting on a shelf for 8 years. Horrible quality.

Meaningful Beauty - Dishonest

After watching the modern add on TV, I called the company for the one month supply of beauty products for $40+. I made it VERY CLEAR TO THEM that it was for the advertised amount for one month and NO MORE. I received the shipment and that day called them again to cancel future business with them after my visa was charged for that amount. The following month my visa showed an additional charge for $40+ at which time I called the bank to report a fraud charge. The following month I received a bill for $93 collection. Customer representative was unprofessional and void of any understanding. I learned that the initial shipment was a three month supply upon which she said, "got you". To avoid a collection debt, I paid the $93 and asked them to cancel any future contact with me. Never have I experienced such disgusting service for a product of of this quantity I did not solicit!! Would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE FOR A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT MEASURE UP TO WHAT THEY ADVERTISE.

Meaningful Beauty - Truly awful customer service

If you're having problems with shipments continuing or if your credit card is still being billed, do these two things: 1) call or login and PLACE YOUR ORDER ON HOLD; 2) call your credit card company and HAVE THEM DECLINE FUTURE CHARGES from this company. This company can't seem to deliver an order as promised. Their customer service is rude, has no authority to fix anything. In fact, I think that many of them are working remotely from their homes as a part-time, extra-pocket-change job. It explains why there's never a supervisor available. You can guess what they're being paid so that explains why they're awful at what they do.

Meaningful Beauty - Continue shipping and charging for product not requested

Per their infomercial, I called in for the "trial offer" for $29.95 or $39.95. When I received the trial kit I received an invoice that they had charged me 1/3 of the total $149.94 which included the exorbvitant S&H of $9.99 (ridiculous). This was back in Dec 2012. I immediately phoned in my complaint and requested any future orders be cancelled. I was out of the country the entire month of March. Guess what was waiting for me? Correct, yet another shipment - they had already charged my Credit card $56.64. I am now trying to return and perhaps get credit for my return. However, I will not get a credit for the $9.99 S&H on the order which I did not request. I think it is past time for consumers to contact Better Business Bureau to make them aware if Miss Cindy Crawford's RIPOFF as she is making millions off the public!!!!!!!

Meaningful Beauty - Never refunded the money after returned product

you have a 60 day period to try and return for a full refund. I have called twice and emailed and still get a different story each time and not refunded anything. Stay clear of trying this product. I liked the products but way to pricey and not worth it. returned the product Feb 19 called 3/13 told it would take 8-10 weeks called again 4/4 today told they never received the product emailed 4/3 no response so this is how a company gets successful. taking money and making promises. Cindy should be ashamed to be involved take money from people in this way

Meaningful Beauty - Dishonest, bad customer service!

I ordered a trial kit and it was $45, a month later $50 came out of my account so I called them and they said I signed up for a 90 day trial??? I told them no and that I never authorized them to take money out of my account, did I e sign? Check a box? No! supposedly it says it in fine print" so they have an infomercial, sale you on Thier product to do a risk free trial but sign you up for life without your consent! I didn't even like the product. They would not refund my money cause product was on it's way, I don't want the product. This is the most sneaky dishonest way of doing business and I have no intentions of having any connections with meaning beauty.

Meaningful Beauty - Meaningful ***

I received my first shipment, tried it,broke out in a rash, returned it (as promised, within 30 days)not only did I not get my account credited, they sent another shipment, CHARGED BY ACCOUNT for that shipment plus charged for a shipment that I hadn't even received yet. When I finally got thru to a real person(Dawn) she transferred me to Holding ***, where I was told to leave my name and they would get back to me. Guess what, I'm still waiting! Guess what else, I just tried to post this and was sent to Terms or conditions, which just another way of saying no-one else will ever read this. Big surprise!
