Unauthorized Bank Charges(they call it your replenishment program??)
I made my first time order online in June 2014. This week in mid July, there are additional debits made by surprise to our bank account. I call the 800 number and complain that there are debits to my account for more product that I did NOT order or authorize and the representative apologizes for my experience and says that they have a replenishment program and the debit is for my 90 day supply?? When I say I never signed up for that she tells me they do it for everyone.. wow. In June we ordered it as a one time, lets try it thing. Not being that impressed, I did not plan on reordering or reorder. Was okay as these things go but not worth a reorder to me. The representative said she would credit my bank account when I received the product and shipped it back to meaningful beauty. Once they received it back they would refund my money?? When I questioned shipping where and how.. I was then told that she would be ordering a return mailing label to be mailed to me. After this.. she revealed that in error, somehow a duplicate "account" had been set up for me and ANOTHER charge was made on my bank account and that product had already shipped also, since that was not MY fault as the representative claimed, she would refund me immediately but I would still need to return that product as well and she would send me a second return shipment label... Now, not their fault I lost my job recently or that we have a budget to adhere to as life dictates in our situation, but in this case, the unauthorized charges for this service you dont even know you are receiving did hurt us terribly. Shame on them for hurting people. Even my mail order prescription company calls me to see if I am ready to receive my next 90 day supply and confirms that I want the charges applied to the debit card they have on file. No more online ordering of anything for me, ever.

Meaningful Beauty - Deal Review
Signed up online for the introduction kit - sounded like a good deal. Like others have said the products were SO small! Then 30 days later another package arrived, and I saw the $55 charge & figured that was ok. Never received anything else so didn't look for charges from them. Then charges in May, June, July, August. Just got off the phone & got an undergrad degree in MFBeauty. They ship a 90 day supply then charge in 3 installments. Only this timeIi didn't get the supply. The rep said ok & she'll send an affidavit in 7-10 days & then they'll credit my cc. Interesting thing is-what if I liked the products?! Regardless, it seems not worth the hassle & price.

Refund Policy Review
They suck I have called about a problem and I have been told three different things by six people. Every time I call them they tell me I'm going to receive money back just called again for the last time because I spend a half hour being told they can not do anything for me. Some body is making good money and it's not me it's those corporate bastards!!!!!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS IS FRAUD
When you call them they will want your credit card info right away. While still talking when you tell them that you are not interested in placing order, they will say sorry order has already been processed, call us after 24 hours. When you call them next day they will say, we can not find your order call it next day. It repeats every day. Till all of a sudden you get a small one lb package. Carrier company has been told just to leave pkg at the door, do not ring bell, or ask for signature, as otherwise they fear you may not accept the pkg. While the initial shipment will be billed on your credit card. If you ask them to cancel future orders, they will keep saying on the phone your order has been cancelled, but will keep billing you on your credit card. This is what I read on customer reviews. They do not give cancellation #, they do not give you email address where you could write to them and retain copy for yourself. On the phone they will keep saying that you will get email tomorrow, but it will not come. Then they will say we do not know why you are not getting emails, there must be something wrong at your end. This is a fraud company. Please beware and do not deal with them. Report this to press, TV and any other media you could think of. This company will give you sleepless nights.

False Advertising! Not one time 39.95!
I ordered the 39.95 starter kit as a Christmas present. I paid extra for the faster shipping. After not receiving the order on time I called customer service, they discounted my shipment payment, which was fine. Then a week ago I noticed another charge from them for 49$ on my card! I called customer service and was informed what I purchased was actually to pay 3 payments of 49$ and receive 3 shipments of the product. After explaining I never saw anything saying this is what I was purchasing and I only wanted a one time purchase the representative said she couldn't help me if nothing was wrong with the product. I checked my order confirmation email, it said 39.95 starter kit. I then went to the meaningful beauty website to see if I was crazy, if in fact I purchased a multiple payment option. I looked at the option I had picked it said starter kit 39.95, nothing about multiple payments on the advertisement. I then chose that option and started really looking and reading the fine print in the billing screen. Low and behold in the middle of a fine print paragraph it said you are agreeing to a 30 day shipment, a 90 day shipment, and multiple payments. The number are never shown to you any other time. Not at check out, not in your confirmation email, not on the advertisement page, nothing. It is deceitful and false advertising. I don't mind the product I mind the way they deceive you! I have gotten other products online where there are payments broken up and that is how its advertised! All I'm saying is just advertise it that way and don't hide it and make people think they are getting to try something for a month and paying 40$ for it when really you are paying 150$ for 4 months. Once again not necessarily a rip off, but they shouldn't hide it from you.

Overpriced suntan lotion
The bottle of "antioxidant day creme" and tube of "Skin brightening -neck treatment" are nothing more than outrageously overpriced sunscreen/suntan lotion. The active ingredients are EXACTLY the same ingredients of an $8 - 3 oz "SPF 30" tube of "Coppertone oil free faces lotion". Suntan lotion really doesn't reduce wrinkles but it hydrates the skin and protects against further sun damage to the skin. Should be able to have an ingredient list before purchase. I've cancelled my order after 3 monthly payments were made and before the next shipment in September. Cancelled last Wednesday and was told a cancellation email would arrive within 24 hours. Three days later, no email, so I called Sat. and was told I've cancelled. They'll send a confirmation letter and should arrive in 7-10 business days. Not holding my breath so I'm emailing the bank to refuse any further charges from this place. Rather than wasting your hard earned money; stick to tried and true products at the drug store or the department stores.

Meaningful Beauty Cream Review
Yes, as someone else said, I think Ms. Crawford SHOULD be ashamed. Not only is the neck and chest cream only SUNSCREEN, but so is the"antioxidant daily face cream". Personally, I believe this is about the LOWEST I seen in false advertising in awhile. Unbelievable....

Charged more than anticipated and difficulty in cancelling
Just want to give a warning to those considering purchasing Meaningful Beauty. I hope you all look at reviews before ordering. I guess I did not pay attention to fine print. I got my first shipment...BTW, this is not a 1 time payment, you will make 3 installments for that shipment. My face broke out horribly and I am not one to have sensitive skin. I called to cancel when I saw the 4rth installment come out of my bank account. They made note of my cancelation however had already shipped my next shipment...I thought when I cancelled there would be no more payments. Guess what, that last shipment I received, which is still in the box, is another 3 payments. My payments will not be complete until I pay all the payments for the last shipment. Just don't do it. The product is *** (I have worked in the beauty industry my whole life so I know) and they are a dishonest company. They hide charges and are unclear to the consumer as to what you will be paying or how it works. This is really no way to do business. I really can't believe Cindy Crawford is affiliated with this company...just gives her a bad name.

Every time I call I get a busy signal
I got an unexpected order from M B.. they took payment from my checking account.. I want to get into my account or set one up... I have to know the account number.. I do not know it.. I can't get with anyone to cancel the order or get into my accout or rather I can't set up an account... it is so crazy... If I stop payment to them it will cost me at least 30 dollars... I do not like doing business with M. B. any more. I got to get out from under them... I like the products but not the new set up..
Reason of review:
Poor customer service
Preferred solution: JUST CANCEL MY ACCOUNT..DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE PRODUCTS..IT IS TOO HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH COMANY

Yes I, Like most of you have been scammed out of my money. I have left comment's on Cindy's Facebook page, expressing my feelings. I think you all should do the same. This is an unfair way to prey on people who have self image problems, or people who are getting a little older and just want to feel pampered again. We cannot let meaningful beauty get away with this. The customer service is rude and does not explain further charges. I actually feel sorry for them, that they cannot get a different job. They probably lead horribly unfulfilling lives. Meaningful beauty and Cindy, probably screw them out of proper wages and promote them for stealing money from us. What a horrible example of societal digression.

Meaningful Beauty Cream Review
IT DOES NOT WORK...Cindy has had cheek implants look at the photos, when you're 45 your cheeks don't look like perfect little apples....they are not gonna offer the average consumer what high dollar celebs would pay full price for the "good stuff" ...used it for months and does not work!!! It's a total scam! Cindy is beautiful...it's not the cream it's her genetics folks!
