Merry Christmas! Thank you all for your sincere reviews. I was planning to buy the product but, with your comments, I will not. Credit card charges is a big issue. I agree with the person that stated that Cindy Crawford should get off commercials. Of course, she gets product for free.... I did some research and ingredients are good for face but the BBB should get involved because of the overcharging and the incomplete orders. But... when you buy from TV infomercials, what can you expect? That is why, even though is VERY expensive, we should go to big Department Stores.

I wanted to try the product. I placed the order. While I waited for the product to arrive, I emailed their customer service department to see how to use Proactive in conjunction with Meaningful beauty. No response. By the week later when my product had arrived, I still had no response so I contacted their customer support email again to cancel my account and return the unopened product. Still no answer. Two weeks later, ANOTHER package arrives at my door and another $50 on my credit card. I called this time, thoroughly aggravated, and they finally cancelled my account but told me I had to pay to return both boxes and that it would take 4-6 weeks to get my $100 back. But I had to cover shipping. Its a shame because I am sure the product works fine but the customer service KILLED the deal.

Similar experience. I tried to cancel my membership but they sent another order anyway.

Not only must I pay to return the product, Meaningful Beauty also deducts S&H from the refund. I would not recommend them.

I don't know if this stuff actually works because I couldn't get passed the smell. It all smells rancid liked spoiled milk so there's no way I could walk around or sleep with it on my face. I allowed a second shipment to see if I just got a bad batch. Same bad smell. I canceled and told them why. It didn't seem to be a surprise, I guess they've heard this complaint already. I canceled the same day I received the second shipment but still received a third. They said it was my fault for not canceling in time. Was I supposed to cancel the 3rd before I even got the 2nd? I assume they don't get alot of repeat customers so they try to take your money however they can. Don't be a sucker, stay away from this product.

I ordered this product with brush for 39.95. Then I found out that it really was 45.00 charged to my card. I called and cancelled any future orders. I was told I had to pay for the initial order I received. It was not as advertised on TV. So I didn't get anymore orders, but got a bill for 99.90. I called and told them I was sending the whole order back. I never got to try any of it. I think that Cindy Crawford should know what it happening and fix it or take her name off it. It cost me 11.90 to send it back. Now I hope I see a credit for it on my credit card. I don't know how they can advertise anything on TV for one price and charge you 145 dollars after you order. I am going to complain to the Better Business Buriel. (sp)

For one i love your product but every since i have ben ordering your product i've had problems. For one almost every shipment but one has not sent me all the products i have ordered from you guys! Then you have over billed my credit card in october you charged my credit card 3 times in a row, then the next month it got charged 2 or 3 times more i have my credit card statement you are only supposed to charge around $60 a month, then i call and have trouble understanding your customer service station and they do say there sorry i just recieved my package today and im missing an item that makes it 3 times in a row now and one of the products u forgot to send me you sent to the wrong address! Ive spent so much money with meaningful beauty and im supposed to get what i ordered i also dont understand why your managment wouldnt have talked to me about everything that is getting messed up i feel i should get either a price reduction on my next order,or a free product for all the mess ups im defenitly am not trying to scam you but i feel i kinda am i know you have millions of customers and im only one person but i feel i should be treated right and not to have problems with every shipment i've ordered!! and if it was you im pretty sure you would be upset as well! I have spent hundreds of dollars of my hard working money on your product and this happens i understand one time but not everytime!! Im tired of being upset everytime i recieve my order i love your product but if this continues i will have to cancel it.

Meaningful Beauty - Problems I'm having with product

I love this product and have spent hundreds and dollars on this product and everytime i get my shipment there is always something missing in my kit i call and tell them this yes they sent the product but once to the wrong address i think they should do something about messing up on almost all of the things i have ordered.Also they charged my credit card 3 times in one month then the next month took 2 or 3 more payments off of my credit card the next month when its only supposed to be charged around $60 a month. I just recieved my shipment today and guess what im missing one product then i call they say they are sorry if it happend once id totally understand mistakes happen, but not every shipment i get!!! Im a great customer and spend alot on these products so i expect to get what im supposed to get and not to have all the problems ive been having with your company, i feel like i should be compinsated with either a free product or a reduction in price on my next order. I know for a fact that the things i ordered that i didnt get, i have everything written down and also you say our conversations are recorded so then why dont you listen to them so you know im not in the wrong and thats how i feel everytime i get my kit it upsets me i pay alot of money with meaninful beauty and i expect things not to be messed up everytime but my first 30 day kit you guys seemed to be a great company this is the first time ive ordered anything on tv and i chose meaningful beauty and all i'v had is problems. I dont want to have to close my account with you because i do love your products but i feel im not getting treated right when i've spent my money that i work so hard to get!!! Im not sure if i will get a reply but im not happy with your customer services its hard to understand them when i call so i can't communicate right and understand what is being said

I keep getting charged and shipped products, 30 days after I called to suspend the account for 6 months. Furious. I was just told today that a shipment had already gone out when I had placed my request, but as i told the representative, that was inaccurate and very upsetting to me, but I had allowed plenty of time to avoid receiving additional shipments. 30 days after I asked for no more shipments, I get another shipment, and am told it had already gone out? I do not believe it, and I said so to the person taking my call. "Very unsatisfied customer"

Meaningful Beauty - Did not work, waiste of money

Nothing happened that is the point. At first I ordered the trial kit, then went in & added a night cream to my profile. My skin has gone backwards. Instead of the glow it had it is now flicking & pealing. When I called to cancel any further orders I wound up talking to someone in the Philippines. Which I could not understand nor could I get the address to return address. Had to call again to get the address & was informed it would take 6 to 8 weeks for my credit card to be credited. I find this very poor service in that it takes 2 hours to charge my credit card & 6 weeks at a minimum to get my money back. Wonder what they are making from holding my money even with interest rates as low as they are. I truly hope someone like Cindy Crawford is making a lot of money off this business. Since her customer service is exported. It just reinforced my belief that "one never orders off infomercials".

This product is horrible it gave me even more wrinkles those little purple beads are supposed to hydrate but in ...fact they dried me up and caused more wrinkles.The Lifting eye cream dried my eyes and caused pain like pink eye .Last summer I had the worst reaction & had to put sunglasses in any kind of light so I could see ( lawsuit).i gave it another chance &the same thing started to happen.

Its a scam! Don't buy anything from meaningful beauty. They keep shipping and charging you for items you never ordered. I finally had to close out my card and get a new one. Only had one shipment of stuff I never ordered after that. Over priced and is not that good

If you go to the website before you submit your order it explains you are automatically enrolled to where you will get a 90 day supply a month after your purchase and then every three months after that thus charging you three payments of whatever package you chose. You guys have to read everything before making any purchase instead of getting mad over something you were to lazy to read.

Meaningful Beauty - Reinstated the shipments even after cancelled

Meaningful Beauty restarted the shipments even after cancelled. The response was it was put on hold.... no way I cancelled and even had to call back a 2nd time to cancel the vitamins because thats a different area. If it had been put on hold then why was I not advised at that time when I clearly stated I had cancelled and gave the reason I had cancelled. Nope the csrep just stated that she was sorry I cancelled and that I would have to call a 2nd number in order to cancel the vitamins and that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the refund. Ok, I just refused the package and waited. But to have it restart just out of the blue is ridiculous. I did refuse the package at the post office and then called the company and they will be refunding my money, however to have $55 pulled out of an account at Christmas when you were not expecting it since it had been several months since the product had been cancelled previously is totally maddening. I know it restarted and wasn't just a second shipment as well since it had the free gifts with it. The second shipment or a service that had been put on hold would not have the free gifts.

They sure are on time to charge it to your credit card, but no so prompt with the product. Just found out that the $39.95 pkg, is really 49.95, in 3 installments. So in fact, you are paying $169. for the product that enticed you on tv for 39.95. She cancelled my order (at my request) and now I just have to pay the remainder of the bill!!! Very poor customer service. Funny how nice they are when you order, but this time, she was nasty! Never again. Very disappointed in the whole process, liked one of the serums, but not ordering it.

Yeah, same thing happened to me. They word it in such a way that you go in thinking each package will be the $39.95. Not $39.95 or $49.95 PER month for three months!
