Difficulty in Canceling & Refund

Notified Customer Service to cancel after receiving trial offer. I explained due to recent diagnosis of Malignant Skin Cancer on my face,I was not able to use any products. I returned everything unopened as it was mailed for a Full Refund and then was told that I was wasting my time and expenses as returns were not accepted even though the mailing box was never opened and sent back the same way I had received it; and that there would be NO REFUND!

I ordered the trial size group of products for approximately $50. My 94 year old mother lives with me and she took a bad fall and I have been at the hospital with her and have not even tried the products. I just looked at my account and there are TWO pending debits on my checking account today for $59 EACH!! I called and was told that was for TWO OF THE THREE PAYMENTS FOR A FULL SIZE ORDER THAT HAS SHIPPED THAT I HAVE NOT GIVEN THEM PERMISSION FOR!! I am retired and on a fixed income and because they took out $120 from my account I will not be able to pay my electric Bill. Im FURIOUS!!!!

Your mother's medical issues are irrelevant. If you're on a fixed income you should avoid putting yourself in this situation to begin with. You learned a lesson.

Nothing but a scam. Received the first shipment decided it wasn't worth the money. Canceled the subscription one year ago they are still shipping boxes and withdrawing money from my account, the only way to end this thing is to close my bank account and start over. Not only are they not refunding me for the full amount because of shipping and handling, but I had to pay shipping and handling. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! The product isn't any better than the brands you can buy in the store. Now I cannot stand seeing Cindy Crawford another Hollywood Crook!!!

I did not know you were put into a "Club" by purchasing this product. Bought in Nov.2020 wife opened it Dec. couple days after X-mas that is when I find out about the automatic billing and shipping practices they have. Called to cancel and they had already shipped next package, so I canceled. I thought, Looking over bank statement and account hit again for $80 some dollars. What kind of BS is this? Yes you did cancel but last package was $200 and something so 3 payments of $80 something will be taken out of account. *** Meaningful Beauty and there scandalous behind your back billing ***

The pump on my serum did not work when opened the product. They would not replace since past 60 day guarantee even though the product was defective. I used the first one I received but still had product when the next arrived resulting in delayed use. Would not recommend.

I ordered this product on November 20th .I got dragged into a subscription which is not made clear that this is happening when you order.I did not want it and had canceled so i thought. i had to call numerous times to do so...then i kept getting a bill for the balance..i sent back the box return to sender..which i was advised to do by a meaningful beauty team member.was it even received ?because i sent it back the middle of December.Now i get an email that i owe $16.30 for what?!..im tired im aggravated with this company im getting no where..i would love to get rid of this problem.i need to speak to a supervisor !!

Failure to provide billing information/ failure to refund my account

A complaint was filed on your company with the Federal Consumer Protection Board. Case # 210104-****916 .. It is my contention that your company has illegally debited my bank account with Bank of America since October of 2019 and failed to send out any products to Rebecca Buehner Deluca of Salt Lake City Utah 84116. In November of 2019 she moved and no deliveries were ever made based on information from the building management, You have continually failed to cooperate. Allegedly you agreed to refund 3 payments and provided no information on the account to Bank of America. You failure to cooperate will generate a complaint of fraud to the Attorney General of your state. I wish to recover all the illegal charges to my account immediately..

I canceled my membership and the company is still taking money out of my account. Buyer beware that if you cancel your membership be prepared! Your account is not closed when you call they will continue to take money from your account until you call again, and then you have to wait forever to get a refund.

I received notice for payment from PayPal do I instantly chatted with agent basically MB agent said I could not cancel my order it is already in shipping process...no tracking information payment has not been taken but you cant cancel the order. Left a bad taste with me.

My money is being stolen

my wife ordered this in september. cancelled it in october 8th. they sent me confirmation email of this. then had november removed from my acct. got a new card from my bank. december 9th (today) charged $91 plus some change. This leads me to believe cindy crawford is involved with this con. this will make your skin look worse from the negative . BEWARE!!!!

I thought I was ordering a one-time purchase. I ended up getting charge $300 for one small trial box and then they sent another box which ended up being $250. I did not want this. I cancelled but still got charged $80 a month for 3 months.

I thought I was ordering a trial only. I ended up paying over $300 for two small boxes of product. I called to cancel the order after the first payment of $81 was taken from my account. They cancelled it, but I got billed for another $160. I feel they intentionally make it appear as you are just trying the product and then they hit you with this huge bill. This is definitely not a good deal or worth the money.

I ordered a single item only to find this company take $80 from my bank account without my permission or knowledge. I contacted my bank and stopped the payment. I had called company told them there had been an error and they cancelled the subscription previously. Now they are sending me bills for the balance.
