When I first started using Meaningful Beauty, I was very happy with the products and customer service. I still love the products and do believe that they have made my skin better. I used to be able to log into the website to manage my account, but the site has been down for I don't know how long! Very disappointed that the customer service has gone down hill so fast and as a result may have to cancel my account. (Although I hear that that is difficult to do). It is a shame that Cindy Crawford has put her name on a product with a company that does not seem to have good business ethics

I've been trying for over 3 weeks now to look at my order from Meaningful Beauty online. I go to this website to log in: http://www.meaningfulbeauty.com/maintenance.html and it says that It's being "worked on" and says check back next week. What is going on? I'm sure it doesn't take a month to update a website. I do not want to call Customer Service and be on hold for 20 minutes then take the chance of getting my order wrong. signed: about ready to cancel and be done with Meaningful Beauty after using their products for over 10 years.

I cancel with them three times and they still billing my credit card; bunch of fraudulent people; will report them to the U.S. Attorney General Office and Chambers of Commerce FBI for fraud and cancel my American Express Card.

This company is a criminal empire DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...Be warned!!!

I agree. Having the same problem.

I really like the products I've been using for years, but can't log into my account. I've only been trying for two weeks. Has the site really been down for six months?!

I guess I'm going to start searching for a new skincare line. Thanks for the info

Customer service is terrible

I ordered my first kit and it came with only half the products I ordered. I called, they apologized and said they would ship the correct items for free. This happened 4 times before I received the correct products. Granted it was nice of them to send free products but I would much rather make one call and receive the correct products and pay for them. Free products that I don't use are no use to me. My time is valuable I don't have time to call four times to get correct items. My next kit is due in two weeks I am getting ready to call and customize it but am very nervous that I will have to go through the two month nightmare I went through with my last kit. I love these products but if this happens again I will have to cancel. Very sad they can't get this right. The products are awesome but not worth the ordering headache.

I purchased the 49.99 package to trial from Meaningful Beauty. I thought that was it. Then a month later I receive a supply with automatic shipment for 3 months and charged 54.95 a month. This is a rip off. This product doesn't work any better than OTC skin lotions. It is documented that products with retinol are the only ones that treat fine lines and wrinkles. This product does not have it. Also, they have horrible customer service. They are very difficult to contact for anything especially when you want to cancel. I can't believe Cindy Crawford is so desperate for money that she endorses this product. She has great plastic surgery it's NOT from this product. I fell for it. Beware

Horrible product and horrible customer service

I ordered product thinking it was for one time order and one charge but no it is for a monthly charge of 49.95 and then you get product every month that you don't want. I received first product in April, called and cancelled in May and continued to get product through June. Sent everything back at my cost in June and received partial refund with shipping taken out that I already paid. Now I am getting charged in Aug for product that I don't have. Same for vitamins I never asked for. Buyer beware. They are not to be trusted.

Do not order this product. Don't bother calling for cancellation or refund. The sell your invoice to collection service. Collections will not stop and I refuse to pay. Do not order this product. Awful customer service. I ordered this product and got one auto shipment sent, tried the product and it was ok. Got second shipment and by then month I had broke out so bad and realized I was allergic. Third auto shipment I went to the post office stood in line 1/2 hr.to promptly return product . Forth month got another auto shipment. Wrote the company to make sure they canceled my account, went to post office stood in line to once again return box with products . Fifth month got yet another auto shipment sent to my house. How the *** do you cancel?,( and by the way still broken out on my face)by then my mom got sick with cancer I had to live in her house to take care of her for two months before she passed , I totally spaced MB. Got home after 2 months and realized I forgot about this annoying shipment , called and talked to a person after getting a threatening letter. The man told me he send a tag so I did not have to go to post office after I explains my resent situation. Tags came and I returned the product. After this no more products came but bills and threatening letters to take me to collection. Once again I called and explained ALL unwanted products had been returned and I did not owe nothing. A person with thick accent I do believed tried to help but not sure because I did not understand most of what he said.. This week I got a bill MB sent me to collection. Horrible experience awful company and for me and my skin terrible product. Warning you order this product it be a year before you get rid of them and the unwanted products if it does not work.

They keep sending me bills and will not give me a return address. I refuse to pay as I will not use or even wanted the product. SCAM. No matter if you click on a one time only purchase they will send to you anyway. So I will just ignore the bills and continue to send the bills back to them asking the same question. What is return address? I will not pay for something I don't want or ordered. BEWARE BEWARE. Don't think you know how to order once because it doesn't matter to them. They will continue to send anyway. LIARS. SCAM. And the product is not good anyway.

How my shipping got messed up

My husband recently bought me the Cindy Crawford Meaningful Beauty supply for 30-Days. When I opened the box there were pieces missing that were suppose to be in it. I find that its total b.s. that you with her famous name she cant even send you the stuff that it says they are going to send. Missing the bonus stuff and the lifting eye creme advanced formula. Now I have to have my husband try to send it back and get the right stuff this time. If this time it doesn't come back with all the stuff that I am suppose to get we will never get this again.

Do these skin care products blend with any daily make up, or does Meaningful Beauty have a make up line as well? I recently placed an order online and am now concerned by the negative reviews that I've read on your complaint/review site. More negative, than positive. Please explain. It does not look like these reviews were acknowledged or responded to. That concerns me as a first time customer/consumer. Please advise/respond to my online product order placed August 9, 2015, for the 7 pieces @ $49.95 + bonus gifts, 30 day supply and the ability for these skin care products ability to blend with any make up line. And, what is the deal with needing to have a 100 word to explain/ review complaints? Hi Trudy- Our team is here to help. We do not recommend one makeup brand over the other and while Meaningful Beauty should be fine to use with your makeup of choice, we do not test our products against any specific brands of makeup.

Meaningful Beauty was designed for all skin types and should be applied prior to makeup application. We recommend that upon completing your Meaningful Beauty routine you let the products you use dry completely. Meaningful Beauty does not currently carry a full line of makeup but we do offer a BB Crème Broad Spectrum SPF 15. It’s designed to help protect against sun damage while also helping to even out skin tone and texture by adding a light hint of color to the skin.
