Frustrated on how difficult it is to order the product
I had an account with this company but had to cancel my account in 2016. I spoke to customer service and told them I wanted to reopen my account in 2017 and they told me all I had to do was create a new account.
I did create a new account, got into the site, and found my old account information. When I tried to order products the site told me I do not have an active account. I called customer service, the person on the other line was very difficult to understand, and I told her what the problem was. She told me that it was because I cancelled my account in 2016.
I attempted to order products and pay with paypal but was denied. She told me I could only use a charge card or write a check. I, needless to say, told her that I would have to get back to her. Why can't I use paypal and why can't I order online?
I opened my account under a new name and password but when the site comes up my old information is there and it denies me from ordering. When I call the help center I get really frustrated trying to understand and place an order. I really like how this cream makes my face feel and once I am out I am going to either order it somewhere else or just look for another cream.
I am sad to say that is not what I want to do but it seems these are the only 2 options. I wish they would accept paypal and make it easier to place an order.

Preferred solution: let me pay with paypal to get the 90 day supply and then I can use another account for further orders
Scammed as well!
On 1/12/2017, I ordered: Items Ordered: Quantity: Price: Meaningful Beauty® 30-Day 5-Piece Sy. BB443K 1 $39.95 Then, on 2/10/2017, I see a charge for $43.94 on my credit card for Meaningful Beauty.
I called Meaningful Beauty about this unauthorized charge and was told 'enrolled' (where did that come from?). The girl I spoke to said she would cancel my enrollment and asked me to send back to the shipment when it arrives and they would credit my card. I intend to send it back but then I got an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation which stated the following: You will not receive any new shipments. However, you may still have a balance due for the last shipment you received.
As one of the many benefits of membership, your bill was conveniently divided into three easy installments to be more budget-friendly. Below is your total balance due: You total account balance due is: $87.88 At Meaningful Beauty®, your overall satisfaction is very important to us. We want to help you get the beautiful skin you deserve.
Should you change your mind, you are invited to reactivate your account at any time by calling 1-80*-469-****. Alas, I am just another 'mark' in their scam but I feel badly for those individuals for whom this would cause financial hardship and pray that the Lord deals with this company.

Meaningful beauty lends your credit card number to sister companies
In November 2016 I ordered a trial offer of Meaningful Beauty products. I specifically told the customer service rep that I did not want to have ANY products sent to me thereafter that I did not personally authorize.
He ASSURED me that this was not the case and this was a one time mail out and debit of my card. Pants on fire!!!! Here I am, January 2017 getting a skin care product I've never heard of whose ingredients are mostly fruits, vegetables, and mineral oil, and they charged me almost $150.00. The cost of this 0.5 oz tube of salad dressing-like material came without any invoice, so I had to call my card company to find out the cost.
There was no information about returns, just a flyer inside about this alleged skin cream whose name I've never heard of. My credit card fraud department told me that this was a common scam: the original company assures you that THEY won't send you anything else or charge your card. So they form a sister company that doesn't abide by any such restrictions. Smooth.
Apparently you have to make them promise that your name and card will not be used to create ANY new accounts and that you will not be sent any services or products either by them or by any affiliated company. If you do get them to cancel your account, make sure to get cancellation confirmation numbers FOR ALL THE COMPANIES that they have placed your name in, not just themselves. This means obtaining multiple cancellation confirmation numbers. I will be pursuing this from a legal angle if I do not get satisfaction.
It makes me ill that celebrities loan out their names (for a fee of course) to bogus companies that scam people who actually work for a living or who are on fixed incomes. Sickening. This does not paint Ms. Brinkley in a very favorable light, but I suppose it is possible that she might be unaware or simply has installed pre-arranged personal legal protection from any litigation.
Please note - this is pure conjecture based upon my experience and the experience of the other 900+ people who have complained on this site alone. I personally would not allow my reputation to be sullied in such a manner. Avoid the Meaningful Beauty trap by not placing that first order.
Had I done so I would not be in the position of having unauthorized charges on my credit card. Caveat Emptor!!!!
- Having my credit card loaned to another company
Preferred solution: Full refund
Great product but Billing is a SCAM!!!
I did not sign up for monthly shipments, I distinctly remember un-checking the box, but they sent me a 2nd "introductory kit" and set up auto-billing for $54.94 a month for 3 months for that one shipment - without my permission. I called in to cancel and they tried to convice me to stay and then said they would email me a shipping label but they actually snail-mailed a return label but I have to pay the shipping and they will hit me with a 2nd charge before I can get it back to them.
Total Scam!
Cindy Crawford you should be ashamed!! I like your product but will NEVER use it again and I will tell everyone I know and will submit reviews everywhere I can!!

Can not get them to cancel my account...emails & phone calls do not seem to work.
Dec 2016 I sent for the trial of Meaningful Beauty...it arrived..I used it and immediately my face started burning and then it peeled. I called them on Jan 9th 2017 and cancelled my account.
They continued to send Emails and I replied on EACH one that my account should be cancelled. On April 10th 2017 I received a full box of their stuff...I called April 11th and they acted surprised. They sent a return label ..slapped it on unopened box and mailed...then on 4/28/17 I received a bill for $164.82... Called on 4/30 & asked just what do I have to do to stop shipments???
I had misplaced my credit card and luckily it was the one I used for this so they could not charge me...they shipped even knowing that the credit card wasn't working..what kind of company is this?? All the customer service I have talked to is located in the Philippines and the accents are sometimes hard to understand...

If you want the product you can buy from Ulta or Sephora and you don’t have to deal with the actual mb people/auto reorder or trying to cancel
Thanks for all your reviews. I was considering ordering this product, but I will certainly not order it now.
